Our Mentoring Program

All newly invested teams start with an in-depth assessment around :

• Finance/ Tax / Legal Structuring

• Intellectual property rights

• Talent and human Capital needs

• Clinical development, commercial & market access strategy

• Financing needs during future stages

Following this assessment, a 12-week scale up program is established for each project. The founding team is matched up with a lead Mentor who will assist them along the way.

After the initial scale-up programme, founding teams have access to our mentor platform with our on-going programme which consists of :

• Office hours with Mentors

• Meet-ups with other founders & researchers

• Annual ‘demo-day’ to meet with investors and pharma BD execs

• Access to support services, office & lab facilities
